The Re.Ma course is designed on the principles of the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) with the objective of providing SMES professionals with specific learning outcomes by the conclusion of the training program related to the acquisition of competences, in applying Remote Management.
The course consists of four training modules, representing the four core competencies a Remote Manager should have, which are compatible with EQF Levels 4 and 5. Each module comprises distinct learning units (12 in total) that lead to specific learning outcomes.
